PA Auto World is NOW offering Penndot Vehicle Services to the General Public as well as our dealership customers.

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm (Notary Public on site during these hours).

On-Site Notary Services

Our Notary can notarize a wide variety of documents: Legal Documents, Acknowledgements, Affidavits, Insurance Claim Statements, Wills, etc.

Valid Government Issued ID is Required

Price: $5.00 per signer, $2.00 for each additional signer.

Title, Tag & Registration Requirements

  1. Valid State-issued Driver's License, State ID, or Active Military ID
  2. Title signed by seller if they are not coming in with you
  3. Bill of Sale or Proof of Purchase signed by both parties (include date of sale, VIN #, and purchase price)
  4. PA Auto Insurance (Valid for next 90 days)

If transferring a previously issued plate: Plate and Registration for the plate are needed.

  • Title Only: $72
  • Registration: $48 + $5 County fee
  • New PA Metal Plate: $38
  • Cardboard 60-Day Temp Tag (Out-of-State buyers only): $150
  • DLVD/Online Fee: $32
  • Service Fee: $100
  • Messenger: $15
